Fiscal Intermediary Services

Consumer Direct Care Network Michigan helps people manage their care at home and in the community. We act as the Fiscal Intermediary (FI) for those enrolled in self-determination programs through the MI Coordinated Health HCBS waiver. We understand that you are the expert when it comes to the care you need. As the FI, we are here to support your choices.
